Billing, Late Charge and Lien Placement Schedule
March:
Annual dues notices will be mailed to each lot owner around the middle of March. The notices will also include any delinquent amounts still due from the previous year. These notices will indicate that dues payments are due by May 1st and a late charge of $50 will be added to their amount due if not received by June 1st.
May:
Annual dues payment due by May 1st.
June:
Lot owners whose current year dues payments are not received by June 1st will be sent a first delinquent notice indicating that a late charge of $50 has been added to their amount due; and if applicable.................
A Lien has been placed on their property for non- payment of their prior year dues fee plus late charges. The notice will also indicate, in addition to their dues amount, late charges, Lien fees of $44 and Attorney fees of $253.
December:
Lot owners whose dues payment, plus late charge, is not received by December 1st will be sent a final delinquent notice indicating that a second late charge of $50 will be incurred if payment is not received by December 31st.
These notices will also indicate that if payment is not received by June 1st of the following year a Lien will be placed on their property. These notices will also indicate, in addition to their dues amount, late charges, Lien fees of $44 and Attorney fees of $253.
Note:
When a Lien is placed on a property, our Attorney will send a copy of the Lien notice to the property owner via certified mail, return receipt requested.
